It’s also particularly suitable for families, with a large children’s playhouse safely situated next to the cottage by the lawned play area (garden furniture and barbeque provided).

This single-storey property has been sensitively converted to make the most of its period charm while meeting modern requirements.

The Old Post Office is heated by duo heaters and is fully double glazed, making it ideal for out-of-season breaks.

Throughout the property the colour scheme is cream and light floral patterns with touches of natural wood. This works particularly well in the large lounge/diner which is cool and airy in summer and cosy in winter when the open coal and log firelight flickers on the exposed beams.

Packed full of modern appliances the fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for your self-catering holiday. There’s a washing machine/dryer for muddy trousers or damp beach towels. The well-appointed bathroom gives you the choice of relaxing in the brand new double-ended jacuzzi bath, or taking a brisk shower. It also has underfloor heating.

Arriving and Departing

Please arrive after 4 pm. You are requested to vacate the cottage no later than 10 am on the day of departure. This allows sufficient time to prepare for the next guests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
