The Old Post Office ground floor cottage is situated in a rural village setting. The single storey cottage has been sensitively decorated to maintain it’s period charm whilst meeting all modern requirements. The open log fire makes a cosy retreat for out of season breaks. We have tried to include as much information as possible in this statement but we will regularly update this in the future.

None of the internal doors can be locked with the exception of the bathroom/toilet.
All internal doors widths are 740 mm can be opened by a gentle push, all handles are located at a height of 430 mm.
All light switches are situated at height of.1.3 m from the floor.
Mobile Telephone/WiFi reception is generally good.
Window Heights are all 1090 mm with the exception of the front arched window ht 230mm
Car Parking & Access to the Property:
There is a stone sign to the roadside of the property.
Private off-road parking for two vehicles is available at the side of the property, which is illuminated by a 500 w halogen PIR sensor light.
A vehicle can be driven up to the front door to allow ease of access.
The front door is illuminated be an external light to the right hand side of the door, together with a vertical handrail.
The drive and parking areas is fully block paved.
The front door is a standard width (800 mm) with a raised step of a 150 mm opening into the lounge/sitting/dining area.

There is adequate parking on a block-paved surface.
The private grassed area to the rear of the property is reached via a flagged step (ht 210 mm).
